This spacer comprises of a 100 mm. base with convenient seats provided on both sides for the re-bars to rest on. It can create a concrete cover distance of 25-50 mm. beneath the re-bar, and in the second network with the connection of 9 types of shafts ranging from 40-120 mm. on the 100 mm. base it can create a concrete cover distance of 140-220mm. Meanwhile by using a 13 cm intermediate shaft we can increase the height between the spacer and the base plate from 270mm. to 350mm.(light networks only:8-14Ømm.) This will eliminate the use of chair spacers beneath the first network, , resulting in lower costs
